We are in the process of migrating all of our databases over from the Exhange 2010 server. I restarted the MSExchangeAutodiscoverAppPool in PowerShell (didn't think this would have anything to do with the issue, but restarted because I am experiencing some Disconnected mail boxes until this is restarted and Outlook starts communicating with the server.) A few minutes later, the user's address book downloaded and I got the messages again.Ĥ. I started Outlook and the "contacts" were missing, only the GAL was listed.
Deleted the address book in Account Settings. Deleted and recreated the local profile in OutlookĢ. I have tried the following to resolve the issue:ġ. The Contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened it may have been moved or deleted." When they try to use them in Outlook 2016, I get the message: I have a few users that created personal address lists. We are migrating from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2016.
Sorry for being dramatic, but this is getting to be a problem at my office.
